I provide expert support for anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. My work includes marital counseling, parent coaching, grief, chronic illness, and women’s issues. With a compassionate, evidence-based approach, I help clients build coping skills, self-esteem, and stronger relationships.
