Grace Nowzari - LMFTA
Availability: In Person & Virtual

I’m originally from Los Angeles and received my Master’s Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu. As an LMFTA, I feel incredibly grateful for the trust and vulnerability my clients bring into the therapy room.
While I’m trained in CBT, I take a holistic and individualized approach to therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are rather than fitting you into one specific approach. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate family systems, attachment theory, inner child work, CBT, and other interventions that feel helpful and authentic to you.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds. Most recently, I worked with clients at the VA, many of whom were unsure whether therapy was something they wanted or could benefit from.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, domestic violence, OCD, bipolar disorders, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergence, and relationship and family challenges. My goal is to create an affirming and inclusive space where you can show up as your full self. I’m not here to tell you what to do or pretend I have all the answers. I’m here to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, and find the next right step for you.
Outside of therapy, I’ve been doing improv for years and absolutely love it. I value curiosity, creativity, being present, and not taking ourselves too seriously. Even when therapy involves difficult conversations, I believe there’s room for humor and laughter along the way.
